It was developed and designed by Yasuo Suzuki, who founded Trunk Coffee in Japan. The design guarantees an ideal extraction time – not too fast, but not too slow.
This is a fantastic, easy to use pour over device that makes an excellent cup of filter coffee. We use it in our cafe everyday!
The Origami Dripper can be used with both classic Hario V60 filters and Kalita Wave filters.

This dripper uses Hario V60 01 filters for more freshness and clarity. If you prefer more body and sweetness in your brew, use the Kalita Wave 255 or Origami filters.
